With a record of 44-25, the Clippers are 1 ½ games ahead of New Orleans for the fourth spot in the Western Conference playoff race.

Scoot Henderson finished with 24 points and 10 assists for Portland in their fifth consecutive loss. The Trail Blazers were without center Deandre Ayton and lost their leading scorer Anfernee Simons in the middle of the third quarter due to a left knee injury.

The Clippers shot 42% from three-point range and 56% overall. George went 10 for 14 from the field and Leonard 9 for 15.

The largest lead for Los Angeles in the game was 26, with Leonard and George resting in the fourth quarter.
